What happened:
Cost approval process time consuming; missing quotes/contracts, many outdated documents on Sharepoint (PP?)
What was learned:
MSR to be checked against quotes and or frame agreement by cost controller and lead engineer. MSR should be requested two months before spud
Kick off meeting with service coordinator and cost controller from service
Review of AfE and follow RACI process
All contracts, pricelists, quotes and deals uploaded to Projectplace
Pricelists needs to be updated annually by service companies, instead of having to find current escalation rate in other documents (different escalation rates for personnel and equipment makes process time consuming)
Make folders more intuitive in Contract Folder on Sharepoint.
